Strategic Acquirors Forum

The Strategic Acquirors Forum ("SAF") presents a unique opportunity for a limited number of companies with global expansion plans to meet with M&A experts from countries they are targeting.
The event is held twice a year, during which a delegate's time is highly tailored through a series of private meetings with leading cross-border deal makers who will discuss acquisition opportunities based exclusively on your criteria.
Prior to the Forum, a team of M&A International Inc. professionals work closely and confidentially with your management team to define areas of acquisition interest, both from a strategic and geographical perspective. We will assemble a consortium of leading deal makers from areas of geographical interest, and on a strictly confidential basis, your hand-picked consortium will develop an acquisition strategy and a foreign candidate knowledge base.
During the event, we run a series of private sessions with M&A professionals from countries key to your geographical expansion. You learn about industry dynamics and trends in your target countries, and acquisition candidates will be presented with commentary on growth prospects, competitive positioning and valuation.
The Strategic Acquirors Forum provides a rare opportunity to learn about acquisition candidates from around the world that meet your global development strategy in one day and in one central location.
The 7th SAF was held in Paris on 8 November 2007, with eight high profile aquirors from both sides of the Atlantic participating. The next SAF will be held in Boston, USA on Thursday 15 May 2008 at the Sonesta Hotel.
Please contact your local M&A International member or Chris Scales for further information.
