Binder Corporate Finance Limited was formed as an independent M&A boutique in 1995, and focuses on the middle market. Most transactions are for either family-owned businesses with regard to their succession problems or large companies in view of spin-offs or acquisition reviews. We also work for investment funds.
Our aim is to provide corporate finance services with an overall view. At the same time, we consider the strategic aspects of the transaction, its part in the overall business context and future integration problems. Our main strength is to offer custom-designed services for our clients, providing not only the full M&A process but also assistance in parts of it such as due diligence, valuations and coaching of management teams.
