Quam Capital Limited is the corporate finance arm of the Quam Group, a financial services group listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We have a team of fourteen professional staff based in Hong Kong and China providing a range of corporate finance and financial advisory services to clients. Our team comprises both local and overseas personnel, all of whom have many years of experience of working in Hong Kong and China.
We provide middle-market clients with a full range of corporate finance services including mergers and acquisitions, sponsorship for initial public offerings, private equity fundraisings, privatizations, creation of joint ventures, restructurings and takeovers.
