In 25 years, M&A International Inc. has grown to be the leading alliance of M&A advisors in the middle market.

From the start, M&A International Inc. has been more than just a membership organization – it is a bond between like-minded firms. With the aim of forming a global entity focused on mergers and acquisitions in the middle market, the alliance has steadily increased its global footprint admitting M&A firms who are both leaders in their local markets and have a global vision for their clients.
In today’s fast-changing global economy, the often underserved middle market has a strong advocate in M&A International. While others take a passing interest in mid-sized firms as market cycles dictate, M&A International has more than 20 years of focused experience helping these firms navigate and grow.
Introducing events with a clear focus on networking
Since 2001, M&A International has developed innovative event formats with a clear aim of helping clients achieve their M&A goals.
The M&A Mid-Market Forum is based on a 'speed dating' format and is specifically designed for networking, building relationships, and discussing and generating business opportunities.
In 2004, the Strategic Acquirors Forum was created to offer companies with global expansion plans a tailor-made introduction to global M&A opportunities.
In 2005, M&A International Inc. started regular open-attendance Global Conference Calls covering issues and trends in key industrial sectors and leading geographical regions or countries around the globe.
In 2006, M&A International Inc. established the M&A International Media Awards, the first and only international media awards for journalists who have contributed in an outstanding way to the reporting and analysis of the global mergers and acquisitions market.
