C.B. Fleet Company, Inc. acquires Clean Chemical Sweden AB

Three members of M&A International, Inc. successfully worked together on a pan-European acquisition search on behalf of US-based C.B. Fleet Company, Inc. ("Fleet"), resulting in the acquisition of Clean Chemical Sweden AB ("CCS")

Fleet, a family-owned pharmaceutical company active in 82 countries around the world, was looking to acquire a company or brand that would complement its existing product lines and increase its European distribution. To manage such a broad and geographically dispersed acquisition mandate, Fleet retained M&A International's member in Virginia, USA to conduct a pan-European acquisition search.

M&A International's Dutch member coordinated identifying and analyzing an extensive list of target companies, with input provided by European member firms. Fleet decided to pursue the acquisition of CCS in Sweden, at which point M&A International's Swedish member assisted the team as the local advisor on the transaction.
